AMERICAN COFFEE TRAVEL

Il Canada non possiede nessun piatto particolare. Diciamo che il cibo che di sicuro vi salterà subito all'occhio sono le Poutine. Che cosa sono le Poutine ? Questo piatto originario del Quebec consiste in una porzione di patatine fritte ricoperte di Salsa Gravy ( Una salsa a base di estratto di carne) e cheese curd.  Se ora vi chiederete cosa sara` mai il cheese curd, non sono altro che pezzi di formaggio, cagliata, la consistenza ricorda una pizzotella ma piu` dura.  Logicamente questa e` la versione semplice base delle Poutine, diciamo che il concetto funziona come la pizza, prendi gli ingredienti di base e poi vadi di fantasia. Le Poutinerie, avete capito bene esistono ristoranti specializzati solo in Poutine! Ne offrono tantissime varianti, originali e ricche di ingredienti. Quella che vedete in foto e` tra le miei preferite con sopra dei Pirogi, ravioli d'origine est europea, bacon bits e panna acida. Personalmente a me piacciono le poutine di  smokesp

Se siete arrivati su questo post probabilmente vi state per trasferire in Canada oppure state pensando di venire qui. Io sono arrivata a Vancouver 6 mesi fa e in vi voglio parlare della mia personale esperienza in questa città. Ci sono molte differenze tra le vibes della West Coast e L'East Coast.  Avendo vissuto negli Stati Uniti per un paio di anni non ho avuto un shock culturale all'arrivo, anzi mi sono sentita come tornata a casa, ma se vuoi non avete mai vissuto in nord america preparatevi a subire uno shock culturale, nulla in Vancouver mi ricorda l'Italia.  Qui alcuni piccoli appunti che vi aiuteranno a capire alcune cose sulla cultura e gli aspetti di questo paese.  Inglese la prima cosa da affronterete una volta usciti dall'aereo e` la lingua. L'inglese Canadese a mio parere ha un accento chiaro, usa un misto di Americano e British, il che non vuol dire che al primo impatto capirete le persone alla perfezione.  Il Canada ha due lingue uff

I finally got new plans for this year. After a 6 months break in Vancouver Canada I'm officially read to leave the country after and amazing Working-Holiday experience.  With a very low budget My first stop will be Taipei. I've visited this site for a couple of days the last year and I got a huge crush. Taipei as been on my bucket list since I was an elementary student and It didn't disappointed me. Traveling to Italy is a dream destination for many foreigners. As Italian a with Italy as a wonderful and at the same time one of the worst destination to go. Relatively unsaved for tourist in  the major cities, get your wallet stolen is a daily thing here, dirty, lacking of services.  After I said all this negative points, no matter what, Italy has an impressive heritage to discover and it's a must visit country.  Here below I will provide you some info and links to help you organized your dream trip:  Transportation  Italy has Toll Roads! To drive 20 km on a highway you will mostly end up to pay almost 3€, counting the high cost of the gas here, renting a car is likely not the first choice.  Possibly one of the best way is traveling by train.
